» Objectives/Professional profile to be formed:
The Graduate Program in Biomedical Sciences of the University Center of the Hermínio Ometto Foundation graduates professionals with an integrative vision between effect, mechanism and therapeutic possibilities in the area of biomedical sciences, with emphasis on basic disciplines knowledge such as Physiology and Biochemistry.
It enables its graduates to act in the process of training human resources for teaching, basic or applied research.
Graduates of Higher Education in the areas of Biological Sciences, Health and related areas.
Master in Biomedical Sciences
The course totals 24 credits in Mandatory and Elective Disciplines for the two lines of research and 46 credits dedicated to Dissertation Activities (research project development).
The Graduate Program in Biomedical Sciences has two lines of research that express what the University Center of the Hermínio Ometto Foundation - FHO has consolidated in experiences and projects for technical-scientific development and training of human resources.
Our research line and faculty members are:
1. Pathophysiology of tissue repair
It proposes to evaluate cellular, tissue, molecular responses and therapeutic tools in different experimental models.
